As with many people, my husband and I are trying to eat healthier. When we were preparing for our wedding, we decided to go on a healthy foods only diet to lose weight. We cut out white rice and primarily ate pan-fried chicken breast and steamed veggies for dinner. It's a decent meal, but after a week of it, I began to hate the taste and smell of chicken breast (I still hate it). BUT-- it has its results. After a mere two weeks of of this meal for dinner only, we both began to see weight lost. I think we actually kept up with it for a month or so and we both lost at least 5 pounds each (with one month til the wedding, we were too busy to exercise).

But, now I can't get enough of it! I dip it in salt and paprika to give it more of a flavor. It is a fattier fruit, so I limit myself to one a day. However, avocados are filled with good fats that can actually help increase your metabolism. I also find
